ROTARY MILKING PARLOURS
High-Capacity Rotary Milking for Goat and Sheep Operations
Greenoak rotary milking parlour systems are designed for dairy goat and sheep operations requiring high-capacity, efficient milking solutions. Built to handle large herd sizes and demanding production environments, these systems allow producers to milk high volumes of animals while maintaining consistency and control.
Designed for commercial-scale facilities, rotary systems are capable of continuous 24-hour operation and can support herds of up to 10,000 animals.
With the ability to milk up to 1300 goats per hour, rotary systems significantly reduce labour requirements and improve overall workflow. Advanced rotary technology and robotic carriage design enable a single operator to efficiently manage the milking process while maintaining excellent operator and animal comfort.
Milking units are positioned directly underneath the goat’s udder and presented to the operator, allowing for a cluster attachment rate of under 2.5 seconds.
When paired with our automated milk recording, per place animal ID, automatic sort gates and Parlour Server management software, farmers can better manage their herds and maximize their results.

Available Parlour Configurations
Rotary parlour systems are configured based on the number of milking positions, rotation speed, and overall system layout.
The size of the rotary directly impacts throughput, labour efficiency, and total milking time. By increasing the number of milking positions and optimizing rotation speed, larger volumes of animals can be milked efficiently within a targeted time frame. For many operations, the goal is to maintain a consistent and manageable milking routine, making proper system sizing a key factor in overall farm performance.
System configuration also influences operator efficiency. With a continuous rotary platform, animals are presented in a consistent position, allowing for a steady workflow and reducing variation between cycles. This helps improve attachment consistency and overall milking performance.
Rotary systems can be configured to match your current herd size, with the flexibility to scale as your operation grows. Adjustments to stall count and rotation timing allow you to increase throughput without requiring a complete system replacement.
