The Milk Monitor ACR is a robust easy to operate controller with built in pulsation and stimulation. It is capable of handling standard operations and include advanced features such as; Networking, Remote start, Soft Start, Soft Takeoff, Milk Let Down Delay among many others. Can be used in Herringbone, Parallel and Rotary Milking Systems.
Animal is not overmilking

Detects milk flow via a resistive sensor, and automatically takes off the milker when the animal has finished milking

The Milk Monitor ACR is a robust easy to operate controller with built in pulsation and stimulation. It is capable of handling standard operations and include advanced features such as; Networking, Remote start, Soft Start, Soft Takeoff, Milk Let Down Delay among many others.
Milk Sensor and Vacuum Shut-OFf
This beautifully simple sensor is able to monitor milk flow by sensing the resistance of the liquid and provide continuous feedback to the Milk Monitor which is able to use that feedback to dynamically alter the milking either by increasing stimulation or going into its take off sequence.
If the Milk Monitor is the brains of the system, the Take Off Cylinder is its arm, these cylinders have a double pulley system that allows them to gently retract the cluster once the vacuum to the milking unit has been turned off. You have the choice of our robust Stainless Steel Vacuum Cyclinder or the Auto Start Version which incorporates a labour saving auto start switch within the unit itself, allowing the unit to automatically go into milking when the operator lifts the milking cluster.
Control Valve and Pulsator
With the new ControlPulse unit, Greenaok broke from the tradition of having different designs for control valve and pulsators, this innovative unit can be used either as a Control Valve or a Pulsator, increasing interoperability and reducing the amount of spares that have to be kept on hand.
